Josh’s practice focuses on civil litigation, specializing in product liability, catastrophic injury, premises liability, and the representation of movie/television production companies and their employees. Admitted to practice in Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama, Josh has represented a broad range of commercial clients in cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, mass torts, product liability, premises liability, transportation, and construction litigation across the country.
Spanning 32 states, Josh’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, national trucking and hospitality companies, movie and television production companies, and insurance providers and their insureds. Currently panel trial counsel for seven separate excess insurance companies, Josh is called to defend their highest exposure cases nationwide. He has parachuted into cases as little as three days before the start of trial.
Josh is the youngest attorney to be appointed to WWHGD’s Board of Managers, a group responsible for management of the firm. In that role, Josh contributes significantly to the overall leadership and governance of the firm, which includes seven offices across the country. Josh was also the youngest attorney to be appointed WWHGD’s General Counsel. As General Counsel for the firm, Josh served as WWHGD’s chief legal officer and the primary source of legal advice for WWHGD’s approximately 125 lawyers.
In the legal community, Josh serves as a resource and advisor. He is frequently called upon to speak at conferences, continuing legal educational events, and he often presents to businesses about best practices.
