Greg Ramsey is VP of Lending, where he processes financing requests by collecting property due diligence, underwriting, and preparing loan request packages for submission to lenders. He also manages the loan process from signed application to closing to ensure a smooth transaction for clients.

Since joining Yale Capital Advisors in 2018, Greg has worked under Chris San Jose and assisted in closing loans for Manufactured Housing Communities, RV Resorts, Self-Storage Facilities, and Multifamily Properties nationwide.

During his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and traveling to visit family and close friends.
