How to sign in
SECO accounts don't have passwords. We email you a link instead.
Enter your email
On the sign-in page, type the email address we have for you and press Send. That's the whole form — there's nothing else to fill in.
Open the link we send
We email you a sign-in link. Clicking it signs you in — there is no password to remember, and nothing to reset.
Use it soon, and once
Each link works one time and expires after a while. If yours has been sitting in your inbox, just request a new one — you can do that as often as you like.
Use the address we have on file
This is the one that trips people up. Sign in with the address your confirmation or invitation arrived at — usually your work email. If you enter a different address, the page still says we've sent a link, but no email is on its way.
That's deliberate: we never reveal whether an address belongs to a registered attendee, because that would let anyone check who is coming to the conference. The trade-off is that a typo, or a personal address instead of your work one, looks exactly like success.
So if no email arrives, the address is the first thing to check — not your spam folder.
If the link doesn't arrive
- Check which address you used. See above — this is the most common cause by a distance.
- Look in spam or junk. Our email comes from noreply@secoconference.com. Adding it to your contacts stops it happening again.
- Ask your IT team about filtering. Some corporate and bank networks quarantine outside mail before it reaches you.
- Email us. A real person reads EventPlanning@secoconference.com and can tell you which address we have and correct it.
“Your sign-in link has expired or was already used”
Exactly what it says, and nothing is wrong with your account. Links are single-use so that an old email in your inbox can't be used by someone else later. Go back to the sign-in page and request a fresh one.
Signing in on behalf of a colleague
Links are tied to one person's address, so forwarding one doesn't work — and a colleague who signs in with their own address will see their own registration, not yours. If the wrong person is receiving our emails for your company, email EventPlanning@secoconference.com and we'll change who the main contact is.
Still stuck? Email EventPlanning@secoconference.com or call (770) 378-8408. We'd rather sort it out now than have you locked out on the day.
