# SECO Conference

The Southeast Conference of Manufactured Home Community Owners (SECO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving manufactured housing community owners. SECO hosts an annual national conference for community owners, managers, and industry leaders. Net proceeds support veterans and first responders.
